Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital products and online training access, all sales of digital products are final. Monthly and annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Physical Products

Physical products (books, DVDs, materials) may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Event Bundles

Event Bundle purchases include both physical products and digital subscription access. The physical product portion may be returned per our physical products policy. The digital subscription portion is non-refundable but may be canceled.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@tomhegna.com or call 1-855-TOM-HEGNA (866-4346) before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
